Guidewire Tips, Shown Next to a Human Hair.

The problem

KMM machines guidewire tips for medical devices. The tips are a few hundredths of an inch wide. A camera cannot show the detail that sells them.

What we built

Seven tips rendered from their CAD, on white and on black. Then a short animation: each tip turns, a hand holds one for scale, then the full set lines up.

How they use it

Their website and sales decks. Then a hologram loop for their MD&M West booth. The 3D files can be reused for the next renders!

“Their ability to render these intricate devices, with details usually only visible under a microscope, into stunning 3D visuals is a testament to their unparalleled skill and artistry. Their work is not just a valuable visual resource but a marvel of digital artistry.”
